A necklace for wearing the ashes of the deceased. The clasp is of a screw, and there is a hollow part inside the circular form.

 

The product was exhibited at the Funeral Business Fair 2017 held on June 26-27, 2017 as a new product for Tomoetogyo Co, Ltd. (a manufacturer of urns in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture). I was entrusted with total planning, design, prototyping, and product concept creation. I planned this product as a jewelry that has the function of enclosing the cremains, but also has a sense of luxury. The design was created so that the jewelry lovers could use TORUS with other jewelry collections.
